Experience our sailboat charter adventure from Jacksonville​,​ Florida to the Florida Keys in April. This sailing trip is for 3 days and 3 nights (we also have a 5-Day Sailing Trip to the Florida Keys listed on Upisle). Enjoy sailing​,​ swimming​,​ fishing​,​ anchoring and snorkeling your way down to beautiful waters of The Florida Keys with friends and family! THE BOAT: The sailboat is a 41 foot Morgan with a maximum occupancy of 6 people​,​ plus the captain. The sailboat has also navigated this path many times as part of the Boy Scouts of America’s “Coral Reef” program where Scout troops from all over the nation come to the Florida Keys to live aboard these boats. *ITINERARY OVERVIEW - APRIL 2024 - 3 Day Sailing Trip: - April 12: Banana Bay ​/​ Sombrero ​/​ Boot Key= 20 Miles - Anchor - April 13: Boot Key to Picnic Island= 20 Miles - Anchor - April 14: Picnic Island to Tranquility Bay= 20 Miles - Anchor - April 15: Tranquility Bay to Banana Bay= 5 Miles PRICING: $600 per person for the full 3-day sailing voyage THE CAPTAIN: Your charter includes a captain whom hols his 100 Ton Master's License and is also a Head Sailing instructor with many years of experience (you are in very safe hands)! PROVISIONS: Everything will be provided. However​,​ if you have a special diet​,​ please let us know. If you like to shop​,​ and​/​or cook your help is welcomed locally just before departure. STOPPING ASHORE: We are planning to stop ashore at least once per trip where you can get off the boat​,​ eat at a restaurant​,​ and hoist a cold one. BOAT​/​BUNK ASSIGNMENTS: Berths​/​bed will be assigned based on occupancy. Couples or pairs are more likely to get a cabin over a single berth in the salon. SLEEPING: While you’ll have a bunk​,​ you may want to sleep on deck where it will be cooler. A sleeping pad and travel pillow might be helpful. DUTY: You are the working crew on the boat. All crew will be asked to cook​,​ clean​,​ stand watch​,​ weigh anchor​,​ drive the boat​,​ set sails etc. Appropriate accommodations will be made.
