ABOUT THE BOAT - Well equipped 2001 customized 22-foot Cape Horn offshore series boat with an outboard motor​​,​​ full tower & controls​​,​​ giant live well​​,​​ passenger space​​,​​ rod holders and storage space. FISHING TRIP TYPE= Offshore Bottom Fishing - We fish coral coated structures in 48-110 feet of water. These reef coated structures are of known and unknown origins. Anyone willing to risk their Go Pro is welcome to drop it down on an extra bottom pole. FISH SPECIES The bottom and mid depth reef dwellers we go after are: - Red Snapper​,​ Vermillion Snapper​,​ White Snapper (or Porgy)​,​ Lane Snapper​,​ Mangrove Snapper​,​ Gag Grouper​,​ Scamp Grouper​,​ Red Grouper​,​ Warsaw Grouper​,​ Snowy Grouper​,​ Rock Hind​,​ Red Hind​,​ Goliath Grouper​,​ Amber Jack​,​ Amoco Jack​,​ lesser Amber Jack​,​ Trigger Fish​,​ Black Sea Bass​,​ Flounder​,​ Sole​,​ Cobia​,​ King Mackerel​,​ Spanish Mackerel​,​ Remoras and Sharks! WHAT'S INCLUDED - Boat​​,​​ Captain​​,​​ Rods​​,​​ Bait​​,​​ Fuel and Your Fishing License - High quality sun block spray and towels - Fish cleaned​​,​​ bagged​​,​​ labeled and iced for your cooler at the end of the trip - Texted recipes to match your catch - Pictures texted to you THE RODS - We usually use 80 pound test monofilament line on playful​,​ solid​,​ fiberglass rods. THE BAIT - Throughout the summer months we throw one of three different mesh nets to catch menhaden​​,​​ greenies​​,​​ spot minnows and croakers to be used for live bait. We buy live shrimp​​,​​ oyster and fiddler crabs to catch sheep head​​,​​ trout​​,​​ reds​​,​​ pompano and black drum. We tend to use store bought bait in the winter. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Proper clothing​​,​​ footwear​​,​​ sunglasses (polarized sunglasses are recommended) - Food and drink - Cooler if you plan on keeping your catch (no wheels or coolers larger than 40 quarts​​,​​ please) ADDITIONAL EXPENSES - Gratuity is customary at the end of each trip. If all went well on your trip (which is our mission)​​,​​ we would love to receive a 15% tip or more.
