Additional Rate Details: 7-night Minimum DELIVERY MAY APPLY - (New Special Conditions Language as of March 2022) All parties agree that the Charterer shall pay to reposition the yacht for this charter. This delivery fee will be XXXX gallons and will be estimated at the current fuel price, 30 days prior to the charter. This payment will be due with the final charter payment. Should the yacht secure another charter within 4 days of this booking, out of the same port, the amount will be split between the charters and the credit will be added to the Charterers APA account. 1400 Gallons Roundtrip to Nassau 15% surcharge for Christmas and New Years ** EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2022 - 10% VAT will need to be quoted for all Bahamas charters in addition to the 4% Charter Tax **
Boat Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date. 50% refund of booking charges for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date. Booking charges for cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
